Stephensville’s Seventh Annual Cajun Cook-Off
Stephensville’s Seventh Annual Cajun Cook-Off will be held on Saturday, April 18th at Noon at 1409 East Stephensville Rd. in Stephensville. All proceeds go to Jerusalem Shriner Transportation Fund. Go on out and enjoy live music by Driftwood, DJ Dollar Bill, and DJ Ronnie G. Enjoy great food and good company. If you wanna enter a team, its only $100. Operation Beautification Day in Morgan City
Residents are invited to roll up their sleeves and make a difference at the upcoming Operation Beautification Day, a community-driven cleanup event aimed at creating a cleaner, greener city.
The event will take place on Saturday, April 18, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the Morgan City Auditorium. Volunteers of all ages are encouraged to attend and take part in improving local neighborhoods, one block at a time.
Organizers say all necessary supplies—including gloves and trash bags—will be provided, along with a positive, community-focused atmosphere. Participants are encouraged to bring friends, enthusiasm, and a shared commitment to keeping the city beautiful.
Operation Beautification Day highlights the power of community collaboration and offers residents an opportunity to connect while making a visible impact on their surroundings.

Rockin’ the Dock Returns to Downtown Morgan City This Spring
A popular live music series is set to return to the waterfront as Rockin’ the Dock kicks off its spring run in Downtown Morgan City. The weekly event will take place every Friday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., beginning April 10 and continuing through May 1.
Residents and visitors are invited to bring chairs, gather with friends, and enjoy an evening of live entertainment along the scenic waterfront.

May 1 — LowDownOrganizers say the event offers a relaxed atmosphere featuring great music, beautiful views, and a chance for the community to come together in Downtown Morgan City.
